God Knows the Suffering of Ministers, But...

By keeping love, which is the commandment of Christ, ministers should completely drive out physical factors, bring to completion of the kingdom of heaven by firmly fixing a banner of love in the spirit and then only they can take responsibility for their spiritual work. With such love, they can cover the mistakes of their flocks and embrace them. If not, their flocks always complain and pass judgment on everything with endless slanders. In all these, most of ministers become entangled in physical factors and shall stumble and fall.

As slander, complaint and discontent of their flocks are like teenager’s rebellions during the adolescent years, they try to resist and run into traditional things whatever they might be. It is the process of relieving excessive energy and it is a proof that they are healthy. If the flocks do not relieve this energy, they will be spoiled and corrupted. Accordingly, God knows ministers’ countless tears, sighs, and sufferings better than anybody else.

Especially, when the spirit of lawful ministers has been scorched black like charcoal and they have been reduced to only skin and bone. There may have been far more than several ten or hundred times that they would rather have been dead when they came to a point where they internally endured everything. Can their flocks dare to understand their hearts wishing to run away, break off relations with people, no more personal encounters, and live in total seclusion?

Although they are well-dressed, or they are well-nourished, nothing seems to make them feel satisfied in the midst of suffering with tears of blood. They always feel cold and empty, and then they receive endless criticisms and become targets like a punching bag. Although they are alive, they do not feel their existence. Although they stand on their feet, they do not feel their feet touching the ground. They frankly know all of dirty human nature with countless human betrayal, but they have to go forward with perseverance to keep the center of love and with love although it is not fair to them at all. With their lips, they should not defend themselves, which makes them helpless. It is very hard for them to totally erase everything like pretending not to see and not to hear. With one hope like a mirage believing that things will change in a short time, they have to endure everything and this makes them miserable. Moreover, they have to fight to the end with the hope, leading such misery to faith and this makes them more miserable. After they cultivate such great misery, they have to make every flock to stand through their heartbreaking pain of birth. This should be the life of a minister and his absolute and ultimate mission.

In the midst of all, pioneering churches have material suffering, whereas as churches grow and become larger and larger, the mental suffering of ministers is beyond description. As far as they are concerned, anything will do, but there is tremendous pressure and anxiety for them not to shield the glory of God. Especially, as churches grow larger and larger they have a sincere hope to spend the rest of their lives in a small country due to amplified tribulations and countless wishes. In particular, among all Christian ministers, the greatest pain should be a failure to carry out their missions whether they have pioneer churches or larger churches.

When compared with any horrors in the world, skepticism and a loss of a sense of mission i.e. the purpose of their lives would be far more painful than death. However, this world and their flocks do not understand their pains at all. Their flocks always demand whatever they need in their own circumstances and within the limits of their knowledge. Even a little thing goes wrong, they are transformed to goats indulging complaint and discontent, and bumping into others, so there are always troubles continuously without a single quiet and peaceful day. Moreover, the solution to the trouble is left only for their ministers.

If such sufferings and difficulties are caused by the sins of ministers and these are returned punishments by God, the ministers can not say anything, but all of these problems are caused by their flocks. In all these, the spirit of martyrdom is the only way to spread the good news and keep the good news. These are the lives of Christian ministers and pastors living in the real world of today and God knows such a tremendous scream of suffering. Also, I know that the above message will make you suffer even more. However, we, ministers, should restart something new. We have to do whatever it takes because we can not leave mankind as it is. Namely, we have to return to being filled with the Holy Spirit and we have to play a role as the light and salt of the world.

Therefore, we have to purify the world by absorbing darkness such as death cast to all mankind, outcry to live in total darkness, scream, greedy unclean sound drinking blood of winners, sigh, etc., with light and salt. In order to do that, ministers should be filled with the Holy Spirit. All of such hardships and sufferings can be solved by being filled with the Holy Spirit, which is the one and only perfect solution that overcomes all sufferings. By doing so, the way of life will be open for all indiscreet mankind.
